Fair Housing
This 2-hour class meets several requirements for licensees. It meets the Virginia salesperson and broker CE requirement as well as the PLE requirement for new agents.
For Virginia, the fair housing requirements shall include an update on current cases and administrative decisions under fair housing laws.
Additionally, it meets the NAR Fair Housing triennial requirement as well. Below is the link describing the NAR course requirements.
