The Military Relocation Professional certification is for real estate professionals who want to work with current and former military service members. This certification program focuses on educating REALTORS® about working with U.S. service members, their families, and veterans to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of available benefits and support.
Broker Pre-Licensing Classes 2026
All classes 9 am – 4 pm taught at the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors (BRAR) office, 181 Garber Lane, Winchester, VA 22602, instructor: Allan Marteney.

Dates of the 6 classes are: Mar 2nd, Mar 9th, Mar 16th, Mar 23rd, Mar 30th and April 13th.

By purchasing the bundle you will also receive an Exam Prep Day (date to be determined) with your instructor to prepare you for the PSI test, this will be FREE of charge.
