Scott Mozingo is the Chief Operating Officer of First Guardian Title & Escrow, and an attorney with over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry. He earned his J.D. from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Political Science.
Scott is a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia, who currently lives in Manassas just a few miles from his childhood home. He has been married for over 20 years and has two daughters that keep him busy. His older daughter attends James Madison University and the younger daughter is a student at Osbourn Park High School.
His favorite part of working in the title industry is educating Real Estate Agents. Over the course of his career, he has taught classes for PWAR, DAAR, GPAR, and NVAR. He currently heads up the Education Department of First Guardian Title & Escrow offering classes to Agents throughout Virginia.
